Where is EMCleen based?
EMCleen operates by appointment in Ennis, Co. Clare. Drop-off and collection take place at the same location. You may collect your vehicle once complete or wait during a Maintenance Detail.
Are appointments available?
Appointments are intentionally limited and allocated in order of request. If your preferred time is unavailable, you will be offered the nearest suitable alternative.
What is the difference between the services?
The Maintenance Detail preserves a vehicle that is already in good condition.
The Interior Detail is a full cabin reset only — vacuum, mats, plastics, seats and glass inside — with no exterior work.
The Detail provides a complete interior and exterior reset, including the areas routine maintenance does not reach.
The Extensive Detail adds deeper wheel cleaning, paint decontamination and protective wax or sealant. Most clients begin with a Detail or Extensive Detail before moving to regular maintenance.
How long does each service take?
A Maintenance Detail takes approximately one hour. Interior Detail and full Detail services take longer. Your expected completion time will be confirmed when the appointment is arranged.
How does membership work?
You keep a reserved slot: €30 per visit every fortnight, or €35 per visit every month.
You may contact EMCleen to move, pause or cancel your appointment whenever necessary.
What happens if it rains?
Work is completed in a covered setup, so normal weather conditions will not affect your appointment.
Can I pause or cancel?
Yes. Your appointment may be paused, moved or cancelled by message, with no notice period.
What about pet hair, smoke, spills or heavy soiling?
These can be treated but may require additional time and a separate price. Send photographs through WhatsApp for an accurate quotation before booking.
How can I pay?
Cash, bank transfer or Revolut. Payment details are sent when Eduard confirms your appointment.
Do you accept every type of vehicle?
Yes. All makes and models are considered. Vehicles requiring specialist restoration or unusually extensive work will be assessed before the appointment is confirmed.
